The Nike Air Max Plus was the first running shoe to feature this sick technology, and although Retro releases have dropped throughout the years (mostly overseas), it looks like the Air Max Plus is ready to be re-inserted in sneaker rotations as we Nike Free Run 5.0 V1 get a look at three colorways hitting select Nike Free Run 3.0 V3 overseas retailers this weekend. Using the understated yet always-effective canvas and camouflage model, Nike Free Run keeps it simple and timeless with their release of the Nizza Hi Classic 78. The classic hi-top features olive stitching and laces that compliment the all white midsole with Nizza branding on the back in gold, using the basic blocking with the trendy camo print on the upper. We’re gonna go ahead and call the Nike Air Max “Beaches of Rio” set the unofficial fourth entry in Nike’s “Home Turf” series. Landing far from the European spots like Milan, London, and Paris, the five sneakers instead wash up on the beaches of Rio De Janeiro. The Nike Air 180 EM just might be the underdog style of the bunch seeing as how it’s pitted here against relative giants like the 1, 90, 95, and 97 all with the EM treatment. It also might be the darkest pair of the group what with that deep laser purple across the upper. The multi-color look seems to be almost ready for the Nike Lunar Flyknit One.
